The Purple Parade – Singapore’s largest movement to Support Inclusion and Celebrate Abilities of Persons with Disabilities.

Proceeds from the sale of coupons and merchandise will go towards a good cause of supporting Disability Organisations/ Groups who are participating in the parade.

FAQs

Shipping and Returns

Standard Shipping is $5.50. Please refer to the table below for the detailed shipping fees.

Your order will take 2 - 3 days to process and delivery will take 7 – 10 working days. When your order has been processed, we will send a shipping confirmation to let you know that your order is ready to be delivered.

For any issues on your order(s), please email us at purpleparadeeshop@knoxx.com.sg. Our officer(s)-in-charge will get in touch to assist you within 3 working days.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders refer to the order of more than 10 merchandise items combined in a single transaction.

If you are interested in a bulk order, please download and fill in the form here and email purpleparadeeshop@knoxx.com.sg and cc: tam_ching_yi@pa.gov.sg . Application for the form does not mean your order is confirmed, do give our officers 2 – 5 working days to update if your order is confirmed.

Payment Methods

Credit Card or Debit Card
After Payment is made via credit card/debit card, you should receive an email confirmation stating that your order has been confirmed. Delivery will be made 7 – 10 days after confirmation of transaction.

Instructions:

  1. Under “reference number”, please key in your order number. Eg. #PP1001
  2. You will receive an order confirmation of your order however we can only confirm it once the payment has been made.
  3. To show proof of payment, please email purpleparadeeshop@knoxx.com.sg with a screenshot of the payment within 24 hours otherwise your order will be released
  4. You should receive email confirmation within 2-5 days once we have received the payment.
  5. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 2 - 5 days you may contact purpleparadeeshop@knoxx.com.sg
